Dr. Edil Yusuf received her doctorate, in Clinical Psychology, from Mercer University. Her clinical and research interests include utilizing culturally sensitive treatment modalities to underserved populations. Her training consists of empirically tested treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Treatments, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy to name a few.
Dr. Yusef particularly enjoys working with individuals experiencing adjustment concerns, stress, anxiety, and depression. Dr. Yusuf believes in using a collaborative, compassionate, and supportive approach to helping clients achieve their desired goals. During her leisure time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
